Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blackheadshop account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
